The first floor has two double bedrooms with balconies, one overlooking the pool the other with a sea view.

There is access to a large sunny terrace on this level.
Outside there is a large paved terrace, a full sized stone built barbecue.
A pool with seating allowing you to relax with a drink from the poolside bar which is equipped with a sink and fridge.
